The 3PC Butt-welded Ends Stainless Steel Ball Valve features a three-piece stainless steel body with butt-weld ends for permanent pipeline connections. The three-piece construction allows access to internal components for inspection and seal replacement after the pipeline has been isolated and depressurized. Sealing materials can be selected according to the working medium, pressure and temperature. It is used in petrochemical, oil and gas, water treatment and thermal energy piping systems.

Quality Inspection
1. Raw Material Verification
Chemical composition and mechanical property testing are performed on stainless steel raw materials to ensure standard-compliant corrosion resistance and pressure-bearing capacity.
2. Weld End Dimensional Inspection
Strict inspection of weld end wall thickness, bevel dimensions, coaxiality and overall tolerances to guarantee precise and reliable welding matching with on-site pipelines.
3. Hydrostatic & Sealing Test
Each valve undergoes shell hydrostatic test and seat sealing test under rated pressure to verify pressure resistance and zero-leakage performance, eliminating potential hidden risks.
4. Finished Product Final Inspection
Full inspection of appearance, cleanliness and assembly integrity before packaging to ensure defect-free delivery of every valve.
Packaging
All 3PC Butt-welded Ends Stainless Steel Ball Valves adopt standardized export double-layer packaging for safe long-distance international transportation. Each valve is individually packed in a thickened corrugated carton with shockproof padding to avoid scratches and collision damage. The outer shipping package uses sturdy plywood cases with excellent compression, drop and moisture resistance, fully adapting to sea and land freight for intact global delivery.
