Shangtai 3PC fully encapsulated tri-clamp sanitary ball valve is built in 304/316 stainless steel for hygienic industrial fluid control. Featuring fully encapsulated seals and dead-zone-free flow path, it supports CIP/SIP cleaning. The 3PC Fully Encapsulated Tri-Clamp Sanitary Ball Valve combines a three-piece stainless steel body with Tri-Clamp connections and fully encapsulated sealing components. The enclosed seal structure helps limit exposed areas where product residue may accumulate and is suitable for sanitary piping systems using CIP or SIP cleaning procedures.
Available in 304 or 316 stainless steel, the valve can be configured with polished internal surfaces according to the application requirements. Its three-piece body allows access to internal components for inspection and seal replacement after the pipeline has been isolated and depressurized. It is used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other hygienic fluid processing systems.

How to Use
Installation: Align the valve's Tri-clamp ends with your pipeline flanges. Insert a sanitary sealing gasket between them, and lock the connection securely using a heavy-duty clamp. No welding is required.
Maintenance: For internal cleaning, simply remove the body bolts—leaving the clamp connections intact—and swing the central body out for immediate access.
